It is our desire in the Student Ministry to evangelize the lost, disciple those without Christian parents, and to assist parents in raising their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord, so that, by the power of the Spirit, the students may be empowered to live radically Christ-centered lives for the glory of God!

The Student Ministry is committed to providing our families and students with an atmosphere that is God-centered, doctrinally sound, and parent-driven.

Students are equipped through:

Bible Preaching – This is and always will be God's primary means of evangelism and sanctification.

Outreach Visitation – This is an opportunity for each student to reach his or her peers with the Gospel for God's glory.

Student Night Of Worship – This is a time of worship in song and preaching for our students. This event takes place on two Wednesday nights each month.

Small Group Bible Study – This consists of age-graded classes designed for encouragement, accountability, and fellowship around God's Word.

Students are also given opportunities to participate in events such as:

Super Camp – This is a week set aside each summer for intense study of God's Word and great fun.

The Student Discipleship Conference – This is a large conference held by Anchored in Truth Ministries that addresses topics directly related to students and the issues they face in today's culture.

Disciple Now – This is a weekend when our students are able to study God's Word in the homes of some of our church members. The weekend includes tons of Bible, tons of food, and tons of fun.

Spring Breakaway – This is a three-day event that is held at a secluded location designed to help us refresh ourselves in the truth of God’s Word. This is a time of intense Bible preaching and study of God’s Holy Word. There will also be times of recreation and fellowship for the students.

Student Missions Day – This is a day to reemphasize the importance of service to the local church body and to the community in which we live. Our students will serve the local body and also participate in a community project with an evangelistic intention to impact the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

It is our prayer that God would both start and continue a work in the lives of our students that will become the all-consuming passion that guides and directs every decision and thought they have in a way that exalts and brings honor to our Savior, Jesus Christ.
